Service Description
A deeply relaxing evening class designed to soothe stress and nurture the nervous system through supported restorative postures that promote rest and relaxation. Classes often include the meditation practice of Yoga Nidra, and are performed by candlelight in the studio. Recordings provided to all.
Cancellation Policy
For Classes: Cancellations before 24 hours before the class will receive a full refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the class will not receive a refund. You can reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the class starts. For Courses: Cancellations a week before the course begins will receive a full refund. Any cancellations less than a week before the course starts will not receive a refund. Recordings of each class will be sent out after the class and are available for a week, so if you miss a session you can catch up with the recording. It is not possible to catch up missed sessions on another course. Please read the privacy policy and disclaimer which you will find in the footer of our website before booking.
