Weekly Open Yoga
Suitable for all but absolute beginners, this class has a little bit of everything: postures and optional flowing sequences woven together with gentle stretching, somatic movement, mindful strength and breath awareness. A wonderful all-round practice.
Every Wednesday 7pm - 8.15pm
Currently, all classes are live online (with recording provided)
