About Ashley

Ashley's yoga practice has been evolving for more than 20 years. She’s explored a confetti of styles over the decades, and is passionate about all forms of movement. Her training has ranged from Restorative and Pregnancy Yoga to a more specialised focus on Trauma Sensitive Yoga with the Centre for Trauma and Embodiment at the Justice Resource Institute. Ashley incorporates somatic enquiry, mindful strength and embodied anatomy into all the classes she teaches.  Ashley is a yoga teacher trainer for Barefoot Body Training and is a somatic movement therapist/educator. 

Practice With Me

Weekly classes are blocked into 6 week terms and run online. In person courses and workshops will take place throughout the year so check out my Course & Events page, or sign up to my newsletter using the box on the footer of the website.
