This five-week course (with 6 week access) is designed for those looking to improve mobility to support joint health. All sessions were recorded live, so what you’ll experience reflects the natural pace, guidance and presence of practising together in real time. I love peppering into yoga the little bits of movement practises that add more, that add just that little bit extra benefit to our bodies. When we add some small mobilising movements into joint spaces we're making those areas more fluid, more spacious (less sticky) and potentially a bit less painful. By the end of the course, you’ll have a handful of practices that help the body to move better. Equipment needed: Yoga mat Two yoga bricks (or a stack of books) Blanket Additional: Bolster, cushions
