This class focusses on the lower limbs - feet to hips - adding mobility practises into our yoga practise. I love peppering into yoga the little bits of movement practises that add more, that add just that little bit extra benefit to our bodies. Mobility practise supports joint health - and overall movement. When we add some small mobilising movements into joint spaces we're making those areas more fluid, more spacious (less sticky) and potentially a bit less painful. Consider how to move these areas in ways that support adding more mobilisation. This is a brief touch on ways to move your legs that support increasing the movement potential in your joint spaces. Suggested equipment : Yoga Mat Two Yoga Bricks Resistance Band (optional) Blanket
