This six-week course is designed for those who are new to yoga, or returning to it with fresh eyes. All sessions were recorded live, so what you’ll experience reflects the natural pace, guidance and presence of practising together in real time. Rather than focusing on perfecting poses, this course is about getting to know your body—how it moves, where it feels spacious or restricted, and how to respond to it with awareness and care. You'll learn how to meet yourself in the practice, rather than trying to shape your body into something it isn’t. Each class builds on simple foundations - exploring movement, breath, balance and transitions in ways that are accessible and adaptable. You’ll be encouraged to stay curious, listen in, and notice what works for you. By the end of the course, you’ll have tools to begin or deepen a yoga practice that feels supportive, sustainable, and personal. Not a set routine to follow, but a path to explore.
