In this class we are exploring HIPS. There is this common notion that our hips need to be 'unlocked' or 'opened' more in order for them to feel better, be less stiff etc. But what if we needed a little less 'opening' in our hips and a bit more exploring ALL the possibilities available for movement in our hips? Our class today is asking the question - how do my hips feel as I move them in ways I don't normally (we actually spend a lot of day with our hips 'opened.')? Consider asking your hips what they might need a little bit more of? Suggested equipment : Yoga Mat Two Yoga Bricks Resistance Band (optional) Blanket
