In this class we take our attention to our spine. The spine has roughly 364 joints - that's a lot of opportunity for movement!! And today we explore ways of moving our spine that bring forward both the general patterns the whole of our spines make AND the tiny patterns which might create separation and isolation of each joint space. Key thing to remember here is that even the tiniest movement in any direction in your spine will travel throughout the whole of your spine. Also - just breathing with a bit of attention can support mobilising your spine. Suggested equipment : Yoga Mat Two Yoga Bricks Resistance Band (optional) Blanket
