In this class, we return to general mobilising - where we explore small patterns of mobilisation throughout the whole of the body. This is an opportunity to ‘assess’ whether areas of your body feel more mobile. Perhaps there is a little more range of motion in a specific joint space? Maybe movements somewhere feel a little easier, smoother or just better? Throughout this practice, my invitation to you is, if you notice an area of your body that feels little sticky or stiff, try one of these classes and see if things shift. Suggested equipment : Yoga Mat Two Yoga Bricks Resistance Band (optional) Blanket
