A series crafted to connect you to your strength. These videos guide you in building awareness and connection to the strength you already have, and provide supportive ways to progressively develop strength. Toss aside your traditional notions of strength – welcome the idea that you already possess strength and this is your chance to connect more deeply with it! Part Three: Upper Body Strength A class for connecting to and building strength in your upper body. You will need: Yoga mat Blanket Resistance band In this class you will begin with a gentle warm-up to get your upper body moving. Then you will move on to more active movements standing. Expect a little pulling, a little pushing and optional flowing sequences to get your upper body fired up.
