In this class we are focusing on the upper limbs from the fingers all the way up to the shoulders. We often think about adding strength to our upper body, the muscles of the upper arms in particular. And yes, this is very important, but we use our arms SO much throughout the day, often in very repetitive ways. Adding new movements around the wrist, elbows and shoulders will support these joints working well longer. And who doesn't love a feed the chicken sequence?!
