In this class we continue to explore transitions. Sometimes when we are shifting through transitions, it can be nice to just 'go with the flow.' In those moments it's about trusting you have the strength and stability to just allow your body to move. Flow does not require you to move fast - it is really about a state of mind/body, feeling a sense of rhythm (be it heartbeat or breath or even within the movements you make) or a sense that things are just happening without too much strain. Flow into this practise and allow a touch of ease into the practise of transitioning. Suggested equipment : Yoga Mat Two Yoga Bricks Blanket
